Swiss trip 2011

Back from two  weeks in the Swiss Alps It was amazing , thankyou to my hosts Peter and Annaros  Muhlemann for making it special .

Whist I was there I took thousands of images which im still editing and filing  and I managed some plein air watercolour and graphite sketches .

En plein air switzerland sketchbook

My sketchbook is erratic , what goes into it pleases me personally and is never for sale because the images in it are not finished pieces , but rather an ecclectic collection of images that inspire me in some ways . it may be shape or colour or it may be simply the only thing i can see in front of me at the time .  I learn by doing and i do it in my sketchbook . These are in soft pastel  , pastel pencil or acrylic .
